Secure, HIPAA-compliant video appointments via a platform you already know. Christy conducts full intake reviews, lab result walkthroughs, and follow-up consultations over video — the same thoroughness as an in-office visit.

Reach out by phone or through the contact form to let us know you are interested in a remote consultation. We will confirm availability and send you intake paperwork.
Complete Your Intake
Fill out your health history forms and, if applicable, arrange for any requested lab work at a facility near you. Results are sent directly to our office.
Meet with Christy
At your scheduled time, connect via video or phone. Christy reviews your intake, discusses your findings, and builds your personalized care plan during the session.
Receive Your Protocol
Following your consultation, you receive a written summary of Christy's findings and your recommended protocol — supplements, dietary guidance, and next steps.
Who We See Remotely
Christy currently accepts remote patients from across New Mexico and select other states. If you are outside New Mexico, please contact the office to confirm availability in your state before scheduling.

A Note on Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is an in-office treatment and cannot be administered remotely. However, remote patients can consult with Ryan about whether HBOT is appropriate for their case and plan an in-office visit specifically for treatment sessions.
